To ensure secure delivery, another Know Your Customer (KYC) check is required. This involves verifying your identity and consenting to the transfer of your personal information to our bonded warehouse supplier.

Silver granules are packaged in industry standard 20kg or 25kg bags. You can only redeem your holdings in multiples of 20kg (= ~643 ounces or DSC tokens).

As part of the redemption process, you must send the DSC token to the Denario-owned wallet. Upon delivery of your silver, the DSC token will be burned.

Your redeemed silver granules will be picked up at our bonded warehouse in Embrach ZH, Switzerland. Please note that only the verified token holder can pick up the silver and must present a valid passport or government-issued ID for verification.

An administration fee will be charged to cover tax processing, warehouse preparation and delivery costs. See below the current fee information.

Once your redemption request is submitted, please allow approximately 5 business days for your silver to be prepared for collection. We will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time.

Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email with a cost breakdown and detailed instructions for pickup.
